My son gobbled 2 bowls of this with his chicken burgers.
1 broccoli stem grated,
1 carrot grated,
1/2 cup yogurt,
2 tbsp sour cream,
1/2 tsp cumin powder,
salt to taste,
1 tbsp sugar,
pinch of red chilly powder,
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Mix yogurt, sour cream, salt, sugar, red chilly powder, cumin powder, and coriander leaves.
- Add the grated carrots and grated broccoli stems.
- Serve cold.
Can omit sour cream and use only yogurt.
Once I used only grated broccoli stems. You can mix and match any vegetables.
Add chopped mint leaves for a change.
